Low self esteem

‘I can’t do it’, ‘nobody likes me’, are just a couple of statements that children and young people often say and these thoughts can begin to influence their self esteem . This in turn can prevent them from reaching their potential academically or gaining confidence in their interpersonal skills. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a scientifically proven talking therapy that enables the challenging of these thoughts to help the young person feel better about themselves.
