Family relationships
Family and systemic psychotherapy
Family and systemic psychotherapy provides a safe space for family members to explore and express each person's views and experiences.
Most families experience difficulties at different stages in their lives and this often has an impact on their relationships.
We usually combine different combinations - from working with children and adolescents individually, as well as in family groupings. We meet with the whole family and together decide on how to proceed, session by session. Our term "family" is loosely defined to encompass people who care about each other and are important in your lives.
Only fully qualified family therapists are eligible to register as accredited Family and Systemic Psychotherapists with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
